PM Excellence, Olympic House, 28-42 Clements Road, Ilford, London IG1 1BA

Our two-day CPD accredited(15 CPD hours) training is not focussed on planning software "pushing buttons" but on the systems, processes and procedures of undertaking construction planning throughout the project lifecycle.

The training is drawn from best practices in both contractor and client environments on the London2012 Olympics and Crossrail Programmes and uses examples from them to demonstrate the application in project controls.

Our training teaches construction delivery professionals (project managers, engineers, construction & site managers, planners, cost engineers) how to undertake construction planning with emphasis on an integrated approach to project controls hence enabling their organisations to enhance their project controls capability.
